PURCHASE TERMS
Ordering Online
Once making your quilt selection, click the purchase button. You can
make numerous purchases by repeating the process to add to shopping
cart. Review the contents of your Cart by clicking the "Check Out"
button at the top right of your screen. Add or remove items as
desired. Your account will not be charged until you have completed
the checkout process. After completing your transaction, an email
will be sent to confirm your order.
Ordering by Fax
View the collection by browsing the site. Click onto the 'Order
Form' button on the menu bar. Once the Order Form page appears,
select 'File' on the top menu bar of your computer and select
'Print'.
Complete all parts of the Order Form, including: Style Number; Quilt
Design/description; Size; Color; Quantity; Unit Price; Total Price
of Order.

US residents - $ 7.00 per item
Canadian customers - $10.00 per item
Overseas clients - $20.00 per item
Gift Certificates - $5.00 per item (includes catalogue)
Add Freight or FedEx charges if applicable.
Please indicate the credit card you wish to have charged; list the
card number and expiration date and provide an authorized signature.
Please ensure that the name in the 'Bill To' section at the top
appears exactly as it does on your credit card.

Payment Options
We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. All submitted information is encrypted over a secure
server.
Prices
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. International customers' credit
cards will be charged in US Dollars. Your card issuer will list the
current rate of exchange used on the transaction date and the total
amount charged to your card on your statement, in your local
currency.
Gift Certificates
The American Quilt Company Ltd Gift Certificates can be used for
purchases made via mail order. Gift Certificates are not redeemable
for cash and are not refundable. If your order exceeds the amount of
the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid by check, money order
or credit card and be accompanied by an order form and the Gift
Certificate. No photo copied Gift Certificates will be accepted.

SHIPPING
The American Quilt Company Ltd ships by First Class US Mail for
single orders or FedEx, on request, for a surcharge of $20.00 per
item. APO and FPO addresses are shipped via parcel post.
In most cases, items will be in stock and available for immediate
shipment. Should an item be out of stock and not available from the
warehouse within 48 hours for dispatch, we will notify you
immediately. We always do our best to fulfill your order quickly
and, in most cases, can deliver your goods within 5 days.
However, we kindly request that you allow 10-14 days for delivery.
International customers are advised that additional shipping charges
apply. Canadian customers are charged $10.00, and overseas customers
are charged $20.00. Additionally, overseas customers should allow up
to three weeks for delivery in the full knowledge that we will do
our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
Gift Certificates incur a shipping charge of $5.00 to cover the
postage of the accompanying catalogue and are dispatched
immediately.
RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases from The
American Quilt Company Ltd. However, if you are dissatisfied with
your purchase, we cover a 14-day money back guarantee providing the
return policy is adhered to.
All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase; in new
condition, un-damaged and un-soiled, in its original packaging;
pre-paid and insured; accompanied by the sales receipt and a note
explaining the reason for return.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not
returned in accordance with the terms of the Return Policy, or
returns made after 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. Items damaged or destroyed as a
result of improper packaging will not be refunded. You will not have
the donation made to COVENANT HOUSE charity deducted from your
refund. The American Quilt Company is not responsible for stolen or
lost return merchandise.
If you wish to make a product exchange, please follow the terms
stated above when returning your original purchase along with
details of the replacement quilt you have selected on a new Order
Form printed from our website. If your replacement selection is more
expensive than your original choice, please enclose the balance,
remembering to include shipping charges.
If your exchange product is priced less than the returned
merchandise, you will be issued a credit on your chosen card. Please
remember to list the details on the Order Form under the 'Method of
Payment' section.
